Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App. This applies to all users, including public browsers and "Promoters."

The Service
The App provides a platform for the public ("Users") to discover nightlife events. It also allows approved promoters ("Promoters") to log in and submit their own event listings, images, and information ("User-Generated Content").

User-Generated Content & Promoter Conduct
If you are a Promoter, you are solely responsible for the User-Generated Content you post. By posting content to our App, you agree that:
You are 18 years of age or older.
You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to all content (including posters, images, and text) that you submit.
You will not post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal.
You will not post content that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
You grant Nytapp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify (e.g., reformat), and distribute your content on the App and for our marketing purposes.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any User-Generated Content. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any Promoter account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms.

Prohibited Activities
All users (including Public Users and Promoters) agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or "scrape" data from the App.
Interfere with the App's servers or security features.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
No Guarantee of Event Accuracy: We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of events posted by Promoters. We are not responsible for event cancellations, incorrect details, ticket prices, or your personal experience at any event listed on the App.
Third-Party Links: The App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., ticketing sites). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Nytapp, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or personal injury) arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
